buy unlock clip from fleabay for about £8 then re-sell. Should end up setting you back about £3.

Easiest way for the d900.
The N95? As long as it is not the 8gb is one of the easiest BB5 handsets to unlock. Any unlock shop worth its salt will be able to do the deed.
