Phone Unlocking Unlock for nokia 5800 o2 network

Hi There

I have just bought a 5800 of ebay that is locked to o2, I will need to use this with my virgin mobile sim but after doing a bit of research I find these are hard to unlock on the o2 network.

Can anybody offer any advice.

The network is irrelevant in the unlocking of any handset via hardware.
It the version of software that used to be the toughie with these. Thats now changed.

Its a 2 minute job with the right hardware (unless O2 will give you the code). Just take it to Bury rd.. Theres few shops that will do the deed for £5 - £10
