Unknown Pin Number

Hi

I have one of the little pace boxes which somebody has changed the pin number on and I don't know wat it is. Can anyone out there tell me if there is any way I can change it back to 0000 ? looked in the engineerin menu but it wont let me change it.

yes - just take the little red jumper off for 10 seconds . its inside the box so you'll have to take the lid off it.

it's right next to the battery. remove it for 10 secs ( make sure the power's off)

when you put it back then you must boot into the engineers menu and it will allow you to set the pin

I have opened the box and unless I am missing the obvious I can't see a battery or a red jumper. If it is any help it is one of the pace dk22 boxes (the little black and silver one).

sorry my mistake , i thought you had one of the old pace boxes

If it's the samsug then you will have to short the battery make sure the power is off then take a wire and short the battery by touching it with the postive and negative for 10 sec's
then go into the engineer's menu and reset.
