uninstalling

Help needed,my android box is stuck on the uninstalling page and has been for 20 mins.
I've turned box on and off but keeps taking me back to same page, i can't get to the settings
to stop it,anyone have any idear's?

Was just going to ask him that Dar but as he hasn't posted which box he has we don't know if it can be reset externally.

If box has a reset what will it do as i cant even remember that

thanks for the help,managed to sort it out, had to get off my arse and unplug the power cable from the box.
