Unable to flash box

I am trying to re flash my box but keep getting invalid image or older version. I have tried new versions old versions and the image that is on the box at the moment but keep getting the same message. Anybody any ideas. Cheers

You need to update your bootloader to the latest version for your sim type.

Thanks is bootloader 84d for genuine sim.
I have checked my device info and it shows
Bootloader version 84[2011-09-2]
