This link worked fine for me, downloaded and installed on my TomTom One XL and running fine.
Only partial post code, uses the first four characters of the postcode then you input the street. For example the post code YO153BB would be accepted as YO15 then you input the street name followed by the house number.
Some house numbers not accepted (even though they exist) it then offers the nearest house number.
Pity as I like using the full postcode.
