tw 4000 need help

i have 4000 tw pace box i have cut talkback on it only thing i can't get its boxkey i have jtag it but it error no cable connected help need can i get the key from the card the card is a rom 11 rev boc but in the engineer menu it says please wait how can i find out if it is paired with the box. or shall i buy a jtag tag solderless confused
