tux vision - pid trouble

hi folks,

I got tuxvision and it connects and loads the channel list up and that, but i don't get any preview ? just a black screen, i see it says PID trouble try again at the bottom, but i'm lost now on what i need to do.......

You need TRex by Pinnacle installed for tuxvision to be able to decode the stream
