Trouble changing ssid etc on Virgin super hub

Why oh why cant i change the ssid and wirelesskey, im hard wired in and still cannot access the router with the right ip address in my web browser... any ideas...
 
The ip address is 192.168.0.1 to access the super hub the default user is admin and the password changeme.

make sure your putting 192.168.0.1 in the top bar on your screen, and not in google search engine.

If its still unavailable, you need to switch off the hub and then back on again. I still have to do this occasionally to access the admin area.
