tring sports how to view it

HIya ppl.
well just today av done a sattelite scan to try and get my tring sports back on.
but cant do it.
i have checked the drequency , bit rate and polorizatiob but still can pull it in.
i have read some different posts with some saying cccam 2.1.04 will read it but i havent found a deffinative answer.
so does anyone know what is needed to do to view it.

av been to that lyngsat and searched for it and found the info bellow
Tring Sport 3 - LyngSat

and was updated a couple days ago
so av put the info in but still nothing.
av also read it's suposed to be on.

am not having a go at you but but r u 100 % sure its not on.

but i thank you for ur help.
