transponders

hi all
have sagem x2 flash,have had several images both 0001a and 00014 ucodes feed is direct from line input from wall its the same as broadband connection,other box works ok here,but this on scans transponders,but gets no channels,if tuner were nackered would it still find transponders,help going just a little bit mad

you've tried scanning with the other setting ? 8897 or summit ? << thats wrong i think but you have two options for scanning..................

i have used also my own services and bouquets,still nothing,these work on other box,just put new zgore image on anyone know how to change ucodes in it
