hi all

got dd-wrt on this router but its dd-wrtv24 sp2 6-23-14 want to up grade read that this works well dd-wrt v3.0-r33413 std (09/27/17) but unsure about it. do I go back to stock because its old..... then flash that..... or straight to that or is their a newer or better build???

DD-WRT v3.0-r31791 (03/30/17) but speedtest showing 84 on vivid 200 is there anyway now of increasing speed I'm using cat6 Ethernet already but from tplink the cat6 lead is 10 meters long as its all going in the loft when done correct

problem with these ddwrt is as its software NAT you never get the full speed.

I used to have WDR3600 with DDWRT and never get a good speed, now I use a dedicated firewall using a desktop with pfsense and always get 260MB

@jfish cheers for clearing that up... getting 80-90 now and decent wireless range so not to bad
