Mags are pretty easy to setup. I did one without ever having seen one. Just make sure the ethernet lead is unplugged when you're doing the setup and all is fine.

No-one here will give you an IPTV provider, it's "illegal" and can get the forum in a lot of trouble.

Both are easy

Mag box / STB Emu - give the MAC Address displayed on the screen to your provider. type the URL portal address into the box.

Smarters / perfect player etc Type in the URL portal EPG URL, user name and password
