Hi guys i have just bought this toshiba off my mate whos had it in his loft for some time but as soon as you turn it on it wants a password,i tried pressing f2 and del on start up but it just comes on wanting the password. Can anyone help me please??? thanks.

if no joy i can upload a diagram so you can build your own password remover that you connect to your parellel port just send me a pm if you need it

sorry sniper214 i dont have access to the vp pager.
burn the iso to cd
set your pc/laptop to boot from cd
when it boots you will be asked to input password :kerangka
after this it will ask you to select which drive it normally gives you the choices or 0 to exit
then it should show the users and admin
select the one you wish to delete
if there is another do the same again
then it should give you the option to exit when finished
remove disc from drive
when it reboots you should not need a password
if it still shows a name or administrator just click ok
and will continue as normal boot up.

theres just one problem i cant get into it to set it to boot from cd rom,as soon as it comes on it goes straight to wanting a password and pressing f2 or anything else doesnt do anything.

if the password is on the bios ,
go to toshibas website and in the support section of the particular model and hope fully u will get the keys to bypass the password ,
done that my self
