Toshiba l1353b no picture but sound

Been doing abit of googling but can't work out whether it's the inverter or the power board. When I shine a flashlight up to it#s still full black. Picture comes and goes. Sometimes even stays on for hours.

Willing to buy the part just not sure which one to go for?

Definitely not the inverter. Doesn't have one, it's an LED tv. The power board may be the cause but the fault is just as likely to be elsewhere.
No experience with this particular set and couldn't find a diagram for it either.

Replaced the driver board. INVERTER BOARD FOR TOSHIBA 40L1333B 40L1353B 40L1354B 40" TV SSL400_0D5A REV:1.0 | eBay

Your right mate. Led TV = Driver board. LCD TV = Inverter.
