I called the Technomate helpline today and was able to to talk to the support guy who I was told on two other occassions "was on another call". Apart from telling me that I had to reinstall my TM-800HD and that I had to search online for a file to use, he rudely kept talking to someone else while he was talking to me without batting an eyelid... guess what he said when I complained about the service I was getting? Bas***d said he was only trying to help me and I was being funny.
I thanked him for his disservice and got off the phone as I did not want to be more upset than I was already.
Wonders shall never cease.
