TM5302 connected but blank screen?

Could anyone shine a light on this please
Have a TM5302 trying to set up for my son
Have put in lines says connected but still scrambled/blank screen
Just about driving me mad also trying to setup Icecrypt for a mate
one at a time though help or thoughts on TM5302 would be appreciated

If it states server connected then it's patched ok and is finding server.
Does it have youtube etc you can try to make sure internet is ok?
If all ok and line is connected then it sounds like server issue.

Can't say what the problem was just started from scratch and it fired up
May have been network took off DHCP this time
