TM Twin OE WiFi dongle plugin

Hi all looking for a plugin that will run my wifi dongle, its an octagon usb adapter with realtec 8192 cu Chipset, I flashed a vix image and it worked but was very unstable so went back to open pli image, I have a disc for the dongle but not sure how or where to install the plugin.. Any help would be appreciated thanks

It has to connect to a 4g phone, it connected fine using Vix image but tried 2 or 3 images and they all just crashed so have went back to Open Pli and box is stable, just no idea how to install plugins using ftp.. is it possible to drop plugins into a folder and install using the box ?
