TM Twin how to ftp

Hi all, wondered if anyone can tell me how to ftp a tm twin with vix image build 109, cccam is in but wont run as its wanting config file in etc.. problem I have is how to ftp the file into the machine.. tried filezilla but dont know what the host name is, I have tried everything I can think of but still nowhere.. Hope someone can help.. I have added an extension file browser in the tm so can see where the lines have to go but just cant get them there

Host name is the IP address of the receiver.

user = root
password = leave blank, do not fill in, non-existent, ignore
port = leave blank/default

One last thing (I hope lol) do I drop the config file into the etc/keys folder .. thanks but trial and error.. I dropped it into the etc and now clearing channels
