tivo box keeps going to standby

since the outage the other day box keeps going into standby every few hours , have been into menu and selected always on but still goes off after so long . is there anywere else should be looking . thanks for any advice in advance

Tivo Boxes are rented from Virgin give them a call and get it swapped out

Going to do the same myself. I never use it wife uses it to record her sh1te on. Just of late the on demand has stopped, when I say stopped it plays back with no picture but everything else works fine

Look in the eco settings. Haven’t had virgin for a while but they used to have a setting to turn off after a few hours. Sky does the same.

Home --> Help & Settings --> Settings --> Devices --> Power Saving Settings --> Always On is the only place I see anything to affect it. If it's already Always On it sounds like a job for VM.
