Tip on fixing the three red lights.

Hi, just had a 360 in to repair, I fitted the x clamps but the three red lights remained, I then reflowed the surface mounted I.C, above the square heatsink with a hot air station and it cured the fault, The chips circuit reference is U4B1, If you try it yourself use flux and set the air on the hot air station very low so you don,t blow any of the tiny surface mounted components around the chip off the board.
