three mobile internet help

hi i dont know if this is the right section i am posting on ive just bought a three mobile internet modem on payg and have had problems since i bought it i keep getting disconected even though i always have a full signal has anyone any experience with these i am on vista but done know if thats anything to do with it any help would be apreciated thanks
