threat detected help wanted pls

hiya can anyone shed any light on how to get rid of this??

AVG is pickin it up as a threat detected but no matter wot i do, heal,send to vault or ignore it it pops up again and it seems AVG have no idea wot it is,
if anyone needs any more info from me or it pls let me know

have you tried removing the file in safe mode and then running avg in safe mode???

aye run in safe mode and also try malwarebytes also in safe mode.

I would also go with that, malewarebytes in safe mode will probably sort you.

thanks for all the help but by a stroke of luck my IT mate paid a visit and sorted it for me :banana::Clap:

next time you have a virus within your OS system folders then disable system restore and boot up in safe mode and do a virus scan and manually delete file / registry entries
