Tera Term help

just loaded tera term.

loaded boot.exe then tera term as in tut changed settings,
connected modem but getting this

tried hitting number 2 then press enter but nowt happens just runs as on pic and stops there

getting bootp reference but not included so went to telnet
and typed in the command
SB4200

but comes up invalid?
