2mb service and not had the 10mb upgrade
iwas just looking on there site
they have now priced the 4mb service at £35
which is the price i and many more pay for 2mb
so i phoned up and asked for the increase cos i am paying £35 now
they said sorry they cannot upgrade me
but will give me a £10 refund
so all that on the same as me
