Talkback pictures

Hi this is my first post in this section so take it easy. I have a di100ot and I am trying to cut talkback. I was in the process of trying to remove the tuner when I thought I better get be careful as I was damaeing things. There are several posts regarding cutting talkback but I am getting an attached thumbnails message with no opictures or links. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

That is one of the threads I was talking about, is it just me who is not getting the pictures on the screen? Can you see them? I get a box with attached thumbnails and no images.
