talkback on 1000 1b

can any one supply me with a tut for cutting talkback on pace 1000 phase 1b box? dont know if ma box is cut or not?

i have one thats cut this new one needs cutting but says need to go inside tuner? wheres that in pace 1000 1b is it the silver boxes on the left hand side?

Yes. Its secured to the box by a screw inside & a nut on the outside. The tb location is something like........
