Talkback not cut

Cut the talkback following this post on a pace Di 4000 T

but unfortunately the box is still talking back , any ideas how to do it properly please.

how do you know it is still conected ??
if you cut the track properly then there is no way this is happening

once cut u need to lift the edges of the tracks up slightly and by the way if talk back is enable u might as well set ur pin using this tut http://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/forums/index.php?resources/951/ for sky mv 9 and porn before u disable it completely @ lease u wont have to go back and enable it again
