The boy band have called a press conference tomorrow to make a "very exciting announcement", although Robbie Williams will not be there.

Interest in Take That has increased since the broadcast of an ITV documentary and the release of the band's greatest hits album.

It is rumoured Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen will tour together ten years after they split.

Lead singer Barlow admitted last week the band members had been offered £1 million each to go back on the road.

He said: "Robbie has been included in the offer but I don't know what he thinks but we would do it without him. I think we'd have to. Financially it's a very tempting idea and I know a lot of our fans would like it."

He added: "Our live shows were what made Take That great, so if we came back it would have to beat that otherwise I wouldn't want to do it.

"We won't make another album together but next year we could tour. It is certainly something everyone is open to if people want to come to see us."
