Tablet hijacked

Hi guys got a Samsung tablet 6..all of a sudden I'm getting lots of porn ads and websites opening up automatically, can't seem to get rid of them, can't close the tabs , restarting tab has no effect..any ideas whats happening and how do I get rid of them ta

Force app to stop in system settings.

Cear browsing data / cache.

Advanced/privacy and security/block unwanted websites pages.

Does this happen only while you're in the browser app or when using the tablet in general?

If it's your browser force stop the app and clear cache and user data/storage like Oggiman said.
You can do this by going to settings -> apps & notifications -> all apps then select your browser app. These steps may be different on your Samsung tablet but you can always use search in the settings. Then force stop the app and clear cache and clear storage under storage & cache. Again this might be slightly different on your device.

If it isn't your browser app i'd suggest downloading avast from the play store and scanning your device for viruses and Potentially Unwanted Programs.

I found a useful app called "Pop-up Ad Detector", it exposes what app is causing the spamming.
