T911 help

I am trying to flash T911 but when clicking on programe it saya "Atmel cannot be found" what am I doing wrong?
Settings are
Switch set to 1-5 to ON.
Switch is to left hand side by looking from the back of the T911.
Can some on econfirm that switch settings has to be set to ON for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and not only for siwtch 1 and 5 please?
COM1 serail connected power is 9 V.

Switch 1+5 only. Your switch at the back is wrong. Should be to the left looking from the front.
