t911 help please

help i got the t911 from unapit this morn was able to flash it ok loaded the sct10en ok and im using winEx 5.42 and im 9v 300ma adaptor ive switches 2345 in the on position and ive downloaded every rom11 revboc script i can find and run them and still get time out and script error on line 118 any help would be very much appriecated as im on my 4th packet on cigs
