Stuttering/freezing Sagem fix

Hiya

I have searched this forum but cant find the solution but i know its there.

Someone a few months ago posted a solution to Stuttering/freezing sagem dbox's. It involved putting foil around some componets to act as a heat sink.
Could someone point me in the right direction to this post

First you should analyse the reason for the freezing.
It could be a dozend different reasons.
For instance if the signal strength is too low and near the border between good and bad the tuner have to work harder and become more hot.
A wrong selected ucode for the specific box can also be reason.
