stuck on updated

i just got 1000 dti box
made card with ird which is in egg. manue and find box key from data base
but when i put card in only blue band comes up nothing between band
box is in cr1 how can i up grade now
i in cw aria manchester
if i do wemley trck what id i have to change net it is 41061 and 4321
please helm me.
u think 41061 or some thing elss

another thing in egg. manu says tuner corpetted

M8, a bit difficult to understand ya english but you could do with another simm assuming yours has had the atmels removed to stop it updating. This will allow it to get the latest software and should sort your problem.

i have change another led simm from my another 1000 box change even tuner as well but no joy.
only get is blue band
did u notice that purple band is not any more . one of 1000 was change cr3
but it gone back to cr1

Now it is on CR1, change the net ID to your area (not wembley) then force an update (4321) this should load the correct software for your area
