Stuck in Tune Loop/Pace 1000

Hi all,
i have just recently changed the Net ID on my box with the help of the genious members on this site, now my box is stuck in tune loop, it comes up with blue cable and wireless screen telling me that box is geting updated then i can see the channel i selected last then it says starting.. and then it goes back to the blue cable and wireless screen and stuck in the loop. any ideas please help.

your box wont work on tw m8, "it will keep on looping" {flash the atmels or get a tw box}

I'd like to know how to flash the amtels too, I'm on cr1 and its stopped working today - ntl pace box on tw
If anyone could help please
