stream from zgemma h3 2tc to smart TV

The H3 2tc has 2 truners so was wondering is it possible to stream a channel to a smart TV

I know I can do it ona laptop using vlc player , however want to stream to a smart tv

Whats Smart tv have you got?
I know there was an app for samsung tv's that worked well.
Other than that i can only think of 3rd party ways...like having an android box or firestick and use kodi or plex.
I stream to my firestick in the bedroom using kodi and it works well.

A Samsung smart TV - person who asked me hasnt got a TV yet so wants to buy one that supports this

But what i did was made a bouquet on my enigma box called "Kodi" and put all the channels i watch frequently in it so the loading time for the EPG in kodi is quicker.
I think i have around 100 channels and kodi loads the EPG in seconds rather than 20 minutes..or so.

Theres also this for samsumg smart tvs (not sure if it works on newer tvs tho)
