stb di4001 nc problem

i have a di4001 nc stb in pure n*l area, and its been working fine, came to turn it on last night and all i keep getting is err 1 on the front panel i have tried to reboot, not sure what to do next!!!!

All I know is this, Err1_ CRC fail across Primary Loader image. I don't know what this means but someone else here will.

loader crc failure, now wot, is there anything i can do!!!

please please help

pull the red jumper and replace it again - then reboot box. hopefully it will go into and update. scrolling numbers ect.. wait till it finishes
