will the starview HD box work in a VM area which is already gone N3?

If you can get the Starview Hd combo it will work, you will need a net connection and a live feed.

Word of warning this box is no longer in production, so if you get one and anything goes tits up on it, you are not going to get it repaired or replaced.

theres a euroveiw hd box out . removed have them but dont no too much about them ..the remote for this box is exact same as the st7 hd box and the back of the box is similar too ..i have ast7 hd and works perfect all hd chnls too ..no one knows if ur getn more than a year accsess then vm could zap the lot tomo ?
