starview 6&7 scaning prob in leeds

starview 6 and 7 not picking up frequencies for sport 4 & sky news and half the asian channels. any solution. anybody know the zee tv frequency.

have you the correct firmware on each box,not the same now,have you factory reset and scanned correct net id with lan removed.

yes i tried everthing but no luck

i would double check provider and net id is wrong or low signal unable to pick them up

far too high as signal should be in the 80s,put an air horn next to your ear and pressroud:not nice its the same for boxes,you could try switching the coaxial into the other port and factory reset and rescan without lan inserted,when done insert lan and reboot box modem router.report back levels.
