starveiw what program do you use to flash the box the wifes grandad has bought this box dont know much about it what image is needed and what software is needed to flash the image also is it null or ethernet cable thanks to any one who can make this clear

That file has the 259 version which has some issues.

Personally none but I have reflashed four boxes for friends that had freezing issues with the 259. Reverted back to 257 myself then I can flash back to back when the laptop isn't available.
