startup repair

i keep getting this msg every now ant then when i start up my lappy.i run it but im just wondering has anyone else got this msg and would also like to no if my lappy is fooked?

this morning it asked me to pick an OS. so i just picked VISTA

i had this the other morning , its a black screen like dos screen, mine came up as i was cleaning buttons on bootup so i must have press a button to hard, could you have hit a buttom on bootup m8.
