guys when i click my start icon (vista) i have loads of links to different proggys

for example

adobe 4 different icons ie acrobat photoshop etc

how do i move these into a folder to tidy up

You should be able to right click the start button and then select 'Explorer All Users'

This is will take you to the folder structure were the shortcuts are located.
