I currently have my OS ( Win 10 ) on an SSD drive and I use a normal platter HDD for storage. Would it be worthwhile replacing my storage platter HDD with another SSD? Would I see much if any difference?

Depends what your storing on it. All my drives except one are either SSD or M,2. The one that isn't is a 3TB sata 6 which is from a previous build and I use it to store saved game iso's and the like, mainly stuff that doesn't need to run or execute.
I found a long time ago that a mechanical drive wasn't fast enough for my Newsgroups downloads. The download would keep pausing as the old hard drive couldn't keep up with my download speed.
In that case I definitely needed an ssd.

Thanks for the feedback pal 👍
Its really only iso's and game roms so I'll stick with my 2TB sata :)

It would be significantly faster. The issue is the number of writes. SSD can only write so many times in their lifetime before they die. So if this is gonna be a intensely used drive I would stay with the HDD and only run the OS and essential apps on the SSD>

Hi! Which SSD technology is better for storage? TLC or V-nand? Thanks
