Where can I get this it worked great on a 2x box but I can't find a corresponding 1x image and desperately need it right now for a troublesome box.

I think 1 program is called imagecloner.

no problem I would suggest flashing a newere sportster image as they are far more reliable. Gav has recently updated one which you can get here:
