Sportster and Brute force

Hi Guys,
Not used the sportster image before as my old box didnt like it. However got a new one and was wanting to do a bruteforce scan. however the brute force option is not there. It is giving me the option to select between 2 different cable providers only.
how to i get the brute force option there without changing the image.

If you don't know the symbol rate try the first option and if that fails the second one.

I would'nt scan without bruteforce on any image before I used Gavs updated image. A normal scan on CableUk Sym6952 got me more channels than any bruteforce. Even a couple of Front Row (working in teleport area) channels.

So my advice is just get the correct updated image for your box and FTP it across then do the scan.

remember Gavs updated image
