sound but no picture

i have sound but no picture just black screen! i have not used for a couple of weeks and when i turned on the machine the picture flashed on for a second then straight to black screen, can anybody help please.

what box would this be m8 ? what image are you using
first off reboot the box
secondly restart the cams
see if this helps

i would also plug in yellow phono lead into tv.
It could be video setting which i wrong but the yellow lead should still give you picture

You could check your cables are all plugged right in, maybe a loose scart or something daft.
