Sony VPL-VW675ES issue

I have a Sony VPL-VW675ES in my theater. When watching movies, I get a lot of weird picture issues especially on dark scenes/black areas. Looks like the pixels are moving, blocky picture. Any ideas?

I get this on my oled tv with smaller low quality files. If I play a 50-60gb 4K file it’s fine.
