Phone Unlocking Sony Reicsson K800i Help Please

switched it on this morning and the writing is strange, for example if I push the message icon I get C ea e on the first line, b on the second line, E a on the third and so on, I have checked the language is set to english, anyone have any ideas on fixing it ?

1st.
Never seen this fault before, but you could try a firmware update. Just goto the S/E web page. You can do it yourself from there.

2nd.
There is no 3rd party way to unlock this model. If its on Voda you can by a code from a 3rd party. Any other network you will have to ring your network for the unlock code. Costs £20 up, and up.

Don't buy any of the crap off of $bay. It's all fake (apart from the Voda codes)

Cheers for the replies, it`s still under warranty so it looks like it`s going back to voda, would me doing a firmware upgrade invalidate the warranty ?

It will not void the warranty if you use the seus server (from their web page). It could if you have it done with 3rd party software.
