Sony Nex 6 SLR Camera

I have one of these but the menus are in chinese an It say's on google it's possible to change it to english in the settings or falsh it. Don't suppose anyone has a walkthrough ??

I can't even flash it either it say's make sure the usb port is set to Mass storage in the settings of the cam but same problem can't change that option either...

All help is greatly appreciated,

Is it not possible to upgrade the firmware from the SD card?

However, if it's the Japanese version it's not possible to change it to English - even if you install an EU/US variant firmware. Panasonic do the same thing.
