I managed to get his phone number, he says he cannot get a copy of this paper, and if he could he seems to think the questions vary from area to area, I know your prob looking for past papers and epressed that, he will ask around but he didnt sound hopefull, sorry about that dude.....

will ask a few more buddies but he was my best bet...
